Embodied Design is a two-session intensive coaching container designed to support and nourish as you integrate the knowledge of your design.
We'll partner together to process anything that comes up, providing guidance in paving the way to an entirely new way of moving through life. We’ll dive into old beliefs and mindsets as we make space for grounding, expansion and embracing the perfection of who you are.
